March! What a crazy month!
We're having the longest Easter break that we have ever had, but we've not been resting on our laurels!
As you are all aware, we had our first Wookie Wednesday jam on the 28th of February...The Beast from the East came, it was very cold, we almost didn't make it, none the less the jam went ahead and we made a success of the terrible circumstances!
We've had a super meeting with a business consultant on how to help us keep a positive and steady hand on running the Wookie ship into the ever expanding social media sea!
We played at the wonderful Thames Hotel in Maidenhead and we went down a storm(trooper)! ... Literally though because there was another snow storm!
We played one of our favourite venues, The Falkners Arms, there was a Hen party and 2 birthday parties, needless to say I think we made their evening!
We then played another venue debut at PJ's Boom club in Windsor, we took some sneaky videos during sound check

Our Kirsty Wookie went on Holiday to America this April! Wow here she is at Runyon Canyon with Chester, a dog who was rescued and now looking for adoption.
The walk was organised through Air BnB #FADhike - which is the Free Animal Doctor organisation - check out their website here where you can donate to their medical care or adopt! The dogs are rehabilitated and socialised among other dogs and new people so they are ready for their new homes!
Our other Wookie's were busy moving home, also doing a lot of doggy day care duties and 80's rehearsals have started for Daniel Wookie, so if you're attending Rock the Moor or any of the Rock the ... 80's festivals this year then keep your eye out for our drummer who will be in the house band rocking the 80's as much as humanly possible!
